Refund Policy

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

For domestic orders, we will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

To initiate a return, please contact our support or sales team to obtain an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving and processing your return. However, in many cases, refunds are issued sooner. This timeframe includes:

  • The shipping time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days).
  • The time needed to process it once we have it (3 to 5 business days).
  • The time it takes for your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will promptly provide you with instructions on how to return the items from your order.

A restocking fee will apply if the items are returned with any physical damage, damaged packaging, or missing parts or accessories. However, if all original parts and packaging are intact and included in the return, no restocking fee will be charged.
