Important Shipping Details
- Shipping Locations: We offer shipping to any location within the United States, as well as most international addresses.
- Free Shipping: Available for US orders ranging from $50 to $10,000.
- Order Processing and Shipping Times:
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
- The cut-off time for same-day shipping is 3 PM CST.
- Some items in your order may be shipped separately.
- Estimated Delivery: While we provide estimated shipping times for all products, these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Shipping Address: For successful delivery, we recommend shipping to a permanent address.
International Shipping
- International orders do not qualify for free shipping promotions.
- Customs, taxes, and duties are calculated at checkout and added to your order total. These fees are prepaid, and no further action is required.
- You will have the opportunity to review customs, taxes, and duties before completing your purchase at checkout.
Shipping Multiple Orders
- Orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will be shipped separately.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
- We cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations.
- To send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Address Changes
- Once an order is placed, we are unable to change or update the shipping address.
