Warranty Policy

All J-Tech Digital products come with a one (1) year warranty starting from the date of original purchase.

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the product.

This limited warranty does not cover:

Damage, deterioration, or malfunction caused by:

- Improper packing and shipping (claims must be presented to the carrier).
- Lightning, power surges, or other external causes.

Cartons, equipment enclosures, cables, or accessories used with the product.
Technology or integrated circuit(s) that may become obsolete or incompatible over time.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

Repair: Repair or facilitate the repair of defective parts within a reasonable timeframe, free of charge for necessary parts and labor. J-Tech Digital will cover US shipping costs to return the repaired product.
Replacement: Replace the product with a direct replacement or a similar product performing substantially the same function. The original warranty end date will transfer to the replacement product.
Refund: Issue a refund of the original purchase price, minus depreciation based on the product's age at the time the warranty claim is made.

J-Tech Digital’s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
J-Tech Digital is not responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a breach of warranty or under any other legal theory.
Some regions may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

This limited warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary by country or state.
The warranty is void if:
1. The product’s serial number label has been removed or defaced.
2. The product was not distributed by J-Tech Digital.
3. The product was not purchased from an authorized reseller.
