Thank you so much for this mouse! I ended up with "mouse" arm and getting a vertical mouse relieved the pain and helped me manage the healing process better. I have one at work and one at home. The one (I recently purchased) at home is wireless and I accidentally sent the USB receiver through the washer and dryer, it stopped working due to my error. I just called customer service and they are sending me a replacement part. This is such a life saver as I work from home half time now. Using a regular mouse hurts my wrist/arm since my original injury.

The attached wrist pad is fantastic. This mouse is better than Anker's vertical mouse, both in hand position (more vertical) and because of the attachable wrist pad/rest. I don't use my Anker anymore. When I used to, my wrist used to rest on my mouse pad and it would rub and become irritated. I saw a video review that recommended this older style mouse from J-Tech, rather than their newest model of the vertical mouse, and I couldn't be happier. This 618 model is great.

I like this mouse but it's back and forward buttons are way to sensitive so I'm often jumping back and forth unexpectedly. I would like to disable them.

I just bought this off of Amazon after owning several ergonomic mice and have to say this is the most comfortable mouse I've ever owned. The only thing that would make it better is if it came with software to set mouse button 4 & 5 but I can use 3rd party software to do that I guess.
